Molveno is easy to get to, whether by car or by public transport. Remember that when you get here, with the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card, all public transport is free to use!
How to get here by car:
From the A22 motorway, exit at the San Michele all’Adige junction, take the SS 43 road through Mezzolombardo, and at the first junction take the turning to Fai della Paganella (SP 237) - View Map If you leave the A22 at Trento Nord, you Come arrivare {TM}can follow the SP235 towards the Val di Non. - View Map
To get to Molveno from Riva del Garda, take the SS 421 via Ponte Arche. Do not take the road from Vezzano to Ranzo, which is suggested by many sat navs: the road from Ranzo onwards is no longer passable for cars - Motorway traffic news
How to get here by train:
If you are travelling by train, the nearest stations are Trento or Mezzocorona (not all trains stop at the latter). In season, bus services connect these railway stations with Molveno. - Train times
By public transport:
A bus service (last departure 18:30 in summer) connects Trento, Mezzocorona and Molveno (operated by Trentino Trasporti 0461-821000) Riva del Garda, Madonna di Campiglio and the Val di Non are accessible via connecting bus services. - View timetables.
The nearest airport, served by shuttle buses from Trento station, is Verona, around 130 km away.
