The pump track is designed for anyone new to mountain biking, particularly children (aged 5 and above).
The track is made up of humps, bumps and curves which provide a fun way to improve your riding skills in safety.
The pump track gives you the chance to hone your reflexes, linking together sequences of movements in a way that resembles a dance, where the movements of your body provide the kinetic force, powering your mountain bike. The aim is to be in sync with the ups and downs of the terrain, improving your control of the bike and completing a lap without peddling, using just the undulations of the course.
